About Our Company

Jane Katkova & Associates was established by Jane Katkova-Brown in 1995. Jane Katkova-Brown, M.A., is a Member of the Association of Immigration Counsel of Canada and has been practicing since 1993. As a firm, we have developed a great reputation for our hard and tenacious work on clients` files and excellent service in all areas of immigration law.

Jane Katkova and Associates handles all immigration matters, representing clients from different parts of the world and of numerous backgrounds.
We as well provide services to Canadian corporations and Canadian employers, assisting them in bringing professionals from other countries of the world. Our services range from immigration to divorce to the translation of documents.

A substantial number of our clients have been referred to us by old clients, government and non-government agencies, law firms and community organizations. We are proud and grateful for the gratitude coming from those who we have assisted in making their dreams a reality.

Our offices are located in Toronto, the city that has become a home for immigrants of more than 100 ethnic backgrounds from all over the world. Our office is easily accessible to all residents of Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), as it is located close to Highway 401. While operating in Ontario and serving many of its residents, we are also proud to represent clients from other Canadian provinces, such as Alberta, British Columbia, Quebec, and others. For tribunals and interviews with immigration officials outside of Toronto, Jane Katkova-Brown travels on scheduled appearances.
